- Graduate Education - The Mandel Center offers one of the nation's pre-eminent programs in nonprofit management focusing on the development of nonprofit community leaders, and is located within Cleveland, Ohio, home of one of the nation's most distinguished concentrations of nonprofit organizations.
- Professional Development - The Mandel Center serves nonprofit organizations and their leaders through professional development opportunities designed to expand knowledge and create more efficient and sustainable organizations. These opportunities include executive education programs, community outreach for youth-serving agencies, and strategic planning services for organizations using student consultants.
- Research - The Mandel Center's research efforts are supported by faculty who are national leaders in the field of nonprofit management. This research is published in leading academic journals including the peer-reviewed journal, Nonprofit Management and Leadership, founded in 1990 and administered by the Mandel Center. Nonprofit research projects and papers are also shared with students and the community through forums and lectures.
