Participating in this Fellowship program has allowed me to explore my own resiliency and realize how beneficial my personal experiences are in the work that I do with youth. The level of support I receive from the other participants is key to my professional and personal growth. I know the importance of focusing on the strengths that my students possess to enable them to overcome some of the obstacles that they face.
